Minimum Requirements:
Sales Experience - direct business to business and/or outside sales experience
Business background experience and/or education
Computer Software Experience - "technically savvy" or reasonable comfort level with software applications
Trade Show or Customer visit travel experience a must

The Ideal Candidate will have:
Outside Sales Experience - trade show and customer visit 50% travel will be required.

Property Insurance background - more specifically: residential or commercial valuation experience, experience with internal valuation process, experience with physical field inspection work or with outsourcing this work through contractors. Property Insurance Policy Sales is helpful but inspection/valuation experience is preferred. College degree in business/marketing/sales preferred but not required

We are looking for an individual to service our existing customers, to follow up with existing leads, attend industry trade shows and functions to develop additional sales contacts and business partnerships with related software product developers.

Although some property insurance companies still maintain internal appraisal and loss prevention departments where our software is utilized, many companies outsource this work. This early review indicates that although property insurance companies are a viable customer target group, a large percentage of our sales will be generated from field inspection contractors. Therefore, a working knowledge of the inspection industry is a plus.

This position will be a Salary + Commission structure

Junior Sales Pod/ Outbound Sales Associate

Minimum Requirements:
Sales Experience - direct customer service and/or phone sales-service experience.

Call center environment experience a plus

The Ideal Candidate will Have:
Sales experience- must have the skill set to welcome new customers, renew current customers’ technology, follow up on all sales directives, effectively manage time and up sell over the phone. Candidates for this position need to be self-motivated, articulate and computer literate. Being comfortable in a professional call center environment and able to handle intense pressure is a must.
