• Windows® 7 Compatible 
  We've optimized Apex v4.5 to run flawlessly in the new Windows 7 Operating System.  If you're having issues with older versions of Apex in your new OS, now's the best time to make the switch! 
• Integration with CAMA Systems
  Apex Medina v4 Assessor is specifically designed for integration integrate with virtually any CAMA software company or custom system developed for your jurisdiction.  Give our jurisdictional software department a call if you areinterested in integrating Apex into your customized system.
• User Configurable Area Definitions 
  Our experience has shown that no two jurisdictions are alike.  In fact, there's so much of a difference we needed to develop a solution that allows the user build Area Definitions to match their own building/use codes.  We've also added additional security requiring password(s) for administrative purposes. 
• Automatically Saves an Image for Property Record Cards
  Apex Medina v4 Assessor can automatically create standard image file copies of your building sketches to be used for viewing or printing from non-Apex applications.  Many clients use these image copies to incorporate into their property record cards or other batch process. 
• Exportable to .DXF and .SHP formats for Use in Other Applications or Departments
  Apex understands that the parcel information you collect is much more accurate based on your site visits and field measurements.  This valuable information can be effectively used by other departments in your jurisdiction.  Currently, Apex Medina Assessor allows you to create .DXF and .SHP files as you create new sketches.  Batch process conversions for existing Apex files are also available.
• Auto Post Area Names and Calculations Directly to The Sketch
  This basic feature simply enhances the quality of the information that is provide when sketch files are saved as images or as other file formats.  Finished sketches typically include wall dimensions, Area Names and the Area Calculations.
• Photometrics Takes Sketching to the Next Level
  Using Photometrics, you can now import aerial photographs, building plans, or property record cards and quickly trace right over the top of the image to complete your sketch.   Apex Medina has expanded Photometrics to include a zoom cursor that lets you precisely draw any sketch.  Photometrics also allows you greater flexibility in changing your image’s appearance.
