Apex Software will be participating in the annual IAAO Conference in Orlando, FL and also providing a presentation titled “Sketch to Imagery Analysis”. The Coference dates are Aug. 29 – Sept. 1 and the presentation will be on Monday, August 30th from 1:00 – 2:30 PM and is part of the Techonogy Innovations track. We will focus on existing and emerging technologies for identifying legacy sketches that are not in sync with more current aerial imagery (i.e. sketch validation / sketch true-up analysis).

Apex Software will be participating the Michigan Assessors Association annual conference in Lansing MI and also providing a Free software Training seminar. The conference dates are Aug. 7 – 11 and the Apex seminar will be from 9AM to Noon on Wednesday, Aug. 11th. Topics covered will range from basic drawing concepts, drawing angles & curves, editing techniques and more advanced drawing techniques using aerial imagery with the Apex Photometrics tool.  KCAA 2010 Annual Business Conference & Symposium
Apex Software will be participating in the annual Kansas County Appraiser’s Association Conference June 6th – 9th in Manhattan KS. Apex sketch software is available to all KS Counties as an integrated area calculation and building sketch tool with the statewide ORION CAMA system by Tyler Technologies. In addition to exhibiting at the Conference, Apex will be providing two symposium meetings showing the Apex / ORION integration as well as covering specific sketch questions / tips / drawing features.
The sessions are titled “Apex Sketch” and will both be on Tuesday, June 8 at 10:00 -10:45 AM and again at 2:15-3:00 PM. Both sessions will be in Ballroom B.

Apex Selected by Maricopa County
Apex Software has officially been selected to provide sketching solutions and professional services to Maricopa County, AZ. The announcement that Apex was awarded the RFP was made October 24, 2009 and the contract was officially executed on November 4, 2009. Apex was awarded the bid through a highly competitive selection process that took nearly a year and a half of negotiations.
