Apex MobileTech is the Australasian joint venture company between Yarra Valley Valuations and Apex Software.

Apex Software is a business applications developer for the real estate valuation market primarily in the US. Their first desktop application was introduced to the valuer market in the mid-1980's. By the early 1990's, the Apex Sketch Library was considered the industry standard by all reasonable accounts. This was due in part to Apex's commitment to establish a standard communication protocol which allowed data to be shared with other appraisal software programs.

In addition to supporting their own vast end-user customer base, they have partnered with some of the world's largest companies to build integrated solutions for the real estate industry and others. Case histories speak for themselves, but the integration development team comes from a unique environment, they’ve been where you are. After all, they've been there for over 20 years.
